Palsy (PSP), their families, their carers and others seeking
information. This website has been designed to help you
understand this condition and provide information and
support in order to improve the quality of life of those
with PSP.
PSP is a progressive, degenerative neurological condition,
involving loss of nerve cells (neurones) in certain regions
of the brain. This condition can affect the person's coordination,
eye movements, balance, walking, speech, swallowing, thinking
and level of independence.
